Photo of the Day – August 30, 2011
While Hurricane Irene was moving up the eastern seaboard, washing, blowing and pounding everything in it’s path, I was a cozy 275 miles away with some clouds and breezy conditions. So I decided to play 9 holes of golf. Evidently, the look and threat of rain kept everyone off the course, except me and I had the entire 9 to myself. When I finished, I decided I liked the way the outer bands of Irene were hanging over the course and took this shot. Enjoy.
